what can i expect during my appointment?

At Ears Truly, we start by understanding your hearing history and concerns. We then conduct a thorough ear canal and eardrum check, followed by an evaluation of your middle ear and auditory pathway. Through pure tone audiometry, we test up to 34 hearing points to assess your hearing levels. We also evaluate your ability to understand speech in both quiet and noisy environments. If needed, we’ll provide reports to your GP or specialist and discuss tailored hearing aid options.

are there Government Subsidies?

As a government-accredited provider, we offer services that may be fully subsidised under the Hearing Services Program for those eligible through NDIS, DVA, or a Pension.
